At Texas Sausage Company, we can help with all of your deer processing needs from November to February. Please bear with us as we are in the middle of relocating to our new manufacturing facility and unable to accept deer orders just yet. We are on track to be open and ready to accept deer by opening weekend of gun season. Our new drop-off and pickup location will be in Buda, TX On S Loop 4. Address will be posted soon. We understand that this may be an inconvience to some and want to appologize ahead of time. Unfortunately this relocation was not a choice and we chose the best location we could secure with such short notice from our landlord.
