Shipping is available for both retail and wholesale meat purchases. Please note, we operated under a
Grant of Inspection from the State of Texas. This means we can only sell wholesale within the State of
Texas. We are able to sell and ship products to retail customers outside of Texas.
At this time, we do not have the capacity to handle automated online ordering. We can and will ship an
order to you. For shipping we have two options based on our thermal shipping containers. Orders of
approximately 15# or 50# is what we can currently get out to you. We take orders in Monday – noon
Friday. All orders will be packaged and weighed, S&H calculated and a final price will be provided to
you. We will take a payment over the phone via Credit Card. We accept all major credit cards. A copy
of your receipt will be included in the shipment. The tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail.
All orders will be placed in our freezer by Friday at noon. Orders will be delivered to FedEx on Monday
for shipping to you. We ship via FedEx Home Delivery. Included their map showing estimated shipping
times (subject to change from FedEx). If you wish for more expedited shipping method, please let us
know and a quote can be provided.
Please note, due to temperatures, shipping will be restricted to the areas marked as 1 day during the
months of June through October. This is an estimated restriction based on average ambient air
temperatures. It may be altered due to unexpected temperature/weather changes.
Shipping of Seasonings and Rubs are not restricted. Our shipping container can hold up to 4 bottles of
either seasoning, and is a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping.
